Refund Policy
At BloomNest, we are committed to delivering thoughtful, intentional, and high-quality trauma recovery, identity healing, and family support services. Due to the nature of our work, time, preparation, and emotional investment are reserved specifically for each client.
Please review our refund policy carefully before booking.
1. General Policy
All payments made for coaching sessions, programs, consultations, assessments, workshops, and digital resources are subject to the terms outlined below.
By completing your booking and payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
2. Individual Coaching Sessions
Non-Refundable After Session Delivery
Once a session has taken place, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
- Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
This policy ensures fairness and protects the time reserved exclusively for you.
3. Coaching Packages and Programs
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your program or coaching officially begins without any clear conversation, you cannot request a refund. You can have a clear conversation if an emergency comes up or a genuine concern.
Once a program or package has begun, payments are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Access to materials
- Worksheets and assessments
- Private support sessions
- Group sessions
- Digital content
- Strategy or healing frameworks shared
Your enrollment secures your space and reserves time and resources.
4. Digital Products and Downloads
All digital products, including but not limited to:
- E-books
- Workbooks
- Assessments
- Audio resources
- Downloadable materials
are non-refundable due to the immediate access provided upon purchase.
5. Workshops, Masterclasses and Events
- Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
- If you are unable to attend a live event, access to replay (where applicable) may be provided.
6. Emergency Considerations
We understand that genuine emergencies occur.
Refund requests due to medical emergencies or severe unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of BloomNest Company.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve concerns may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Loss of access to programs and materials
- Permanent restriction from future bookings
We are committed to resolving concerns respectfully and encourage communication before escalating disputes.
8. Commitment to Results
BloomNest provides guidance, tools, support, and trauma-informed coaching. However:
- Results depend on personal responsibility and participation.
- Emotional healing is a process and cannot be guaranteed within a specific timeframe.
- Dissatisfaction does not automatically qualify for a refund.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are investing in support and guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.
